It is being two weeks I have received a mini cycle machine and the customer service I am getting, as a returning customer is extremely pathetic and unsupportive.
Have to ask again and again for the solution of the product, here i am not asking to refund or exchange the product but simply the answer of the solution which they have provided to me. I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the post sales service.
