Please Note

• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on most products across Pakistan.

• Lahore Orders: Delivered within 48 hours after order confirmation.

• Outside Lahore: Delivered within 3–5 working days (maximum 5 working days), depending on your location and courier service.

• Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible after confirmation.

• A standard COD handling charge of Rs. 150 applies to eligible orders where applicable.

• Free Delivery is available on selected products and promotional offers.

• Upon delivery, the courier representative will collect the remaining payable amount in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• We reserve the right to suspend, verify, or cancel any order if deemed necessary for security or operational reasons.

Advance Payment for Heavy & High-Value Orders

To minimize losses caused by order refusals and unnecessary return shipments, certain heavy or high-value orders may require a partial advance payment.

Orders valued at approximately Rs. 18,000 or above, particularly bulky fitness equipment or heavy products, may require an advance payment of Rs. 3,000 or Rs. 5,000, depending on the product and shipping cost.

Our customer support team will contact you to confirm the exact advance amount before your order is dispatched.

The remaining balance can be paid conveniently through Cash on Delivery when your order arrives.
