Delivery, Exchange & Return Policy

DELIVERY POLICY

At Tango Sports & Fitness, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Delivery Time

Lahore: Orders are delivered within 48 hours after confirmation.
Outside Lahore: Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days (maximum 5 working days), depending on your location and courier service.

Note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays, sale events, or due to unforeseen courier delays.

Courier Delays

Delivery timelines are dependent on the courier service. While Tango Sports & Fitness dispatches orders promptly, delays caused by the courier are beyond our direct control.
If a shipment remains undelivered beyond the stated maximum delivery period of 5 working days, Tango Sports & Fitness will follow up with the courier service and take the necessary action to resolve the delay.
Customers are requested to cooperate with our customer support team during any courier-related investigation or delay.

EXCHANGE POLICY

At Tango Sports & Fitness, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you wish to exchange your purchased item, our customer support team will gladly assist you throughout the process.

Domestic Orders

Exchange Period

Any product purchased from our website can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Proof of Purchase

Order confirmation email, invoice, or purchase receipt.

Online Exchange Process

If you received the wrong item, a damaged product, or wish to exchange for a valid reason, simply contact our customer support team.
Customers requesting an exchange for reasons other than our error will be responsible for the courier charges for the exchange pickup and redelivery.
The exchange process is usually completed within 7–10 working days after the returned item has been received and verified.

Exchange of Heavy or Bulky Items

For heavy or bulky products, including but not limited to dumbbells, kettlebells, weight plates, and other heavy fitness equipment, the customer must first send the item back to Tango Sports & Fitness for inspection.
The replacement item will only be dispatched after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
Once the returned item has been received and verified to be in acceptable condition and the exchange is approved, Tango Sports & Fitness will dispatch the replacement product.
For exchanges requested due to customer preference or reasons other than an error on our part, the customer will be responsible for the applicable courier charges for returning the original item and receiving the replacement.
If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect, damage caused before delivery, or the wrong item was sent by Tango Sports & Fitness, the exchange will be handled according to our applicable exchange procedure.

RETURN POLICY

Tango Sports & Fitness offers returns under the following conditions:

Refund Policy

Refunds can be processed either:
- As a store voucher of the same value, redeemable on our website, or
- Via online bank transfer to your provided bank account.
A deduction of 4% of the total order amount will apply to bank refunds in accordance with applicable government payment processing policies.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Customers may cancel their order before it has been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. The order will instead be subject to our Exchange & Return Policy.
After dispatch, customers will receive a shipping confirmation via SMS or email along with their tracking number.

Tango Sports & Fitness reserves the right to cancel any order due to circumstances including, but not limited to:

Product being out of stock.
Pricing or listing errors.
Payment authorization failure.
Suspected fraudulent activity.

If an order is cancelled by Tango Sports & Fitness, the customer will be notified and any eligible payment will be refunded according to our refund policy.
