4. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

We currently accept:

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Bank Transfer
Debit & Credit Cards

Prices may change without prior notice.

5. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS and/or email.

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order.

Tango Sports & Fitness reserves the right to verify, modify, or cancel any order before dispatch.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery timelines are:

Lahore: Within 48 hours after order confirmation.
Outside Lahore: Within 3–5 working days (maximum 5 working days).

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Advance Payment Policy

Certain heavy or high-value products require a partial advance payment before dispatch.

Orders valued at approximately Rs. 18,000 or above, especially bulky fitness equipment, may require an advance payment of Rs. 3,000 or Rs. 5,000, depending on the product and shipping cost.

The remaining balance will be payable upon delivery through Cash on Delivery (COD).

This policy helps prevent fraudulent or refused deliveries that result in significant courier losses.

8. Order Cancellation

Customers may cancel their order before it has been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. Customers may instead request an exchange according to our Exchange Policy.

Tango Sports & Fitness reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

Product unavailability
Pricing errors
Payment verification issues
Suspected fraudulent activity
Operational or technical reasons

9. Exchange & Returns

Products may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

10. Warranty

Warranty coverage, where applicable, is provided according to the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, improper installation, or normal wear and tear is not covered under warranty.
